They will have moved to the new house by the time it has been painted.这样说更好,by the time是到……为止.其它的都对!将来完成时表示在将来某一时间之前已完成的动作。油漆房子在前，住进去在后，那么不是油漆房子用将来完成时吗？主句一定得用将来完成时，就是搬进房子那儿，比如：They will have learnt 200 words by the end of this month.到这个月末，他们就会已经学完200个单词了。
