As the living standard improves, more and more people are paying attention to their healthy conditions. Different people usually have different ways to stay healthy. In my opinion, the most important thing is to keep a healthy attitude toward life. It is true that physical factors affect one's health conditions a great deal, but at the same time, we should nor neglect the mental factors. Many scientific researches have shown that anger, suspicion and anxiety do great harm to human bodies, while being optimistic can cure prediction after they have been diagnosed incurable diseases. That is because they keep a good physical pains, we healthy people are much more lucky and therefore have more reason to maintain a healthy attitude to life no matter what kind of hardship life mat give us. People use all kinds of methods to keep healthy because they want to live happily. Then in my point of view, there is no other way than keeping a healthy attitude toward life can make people happier and more healthy both physically and mentally.

The Way to Keep Healthy
It's important for us to be healthy all our life. We can't study or work well without healthy body.
There're many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should keep taking exercises every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games. If we live in a high-rise, we can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet. Finally, we must remember: "Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise."

As we all know,people want to keep healthy.But how can we do that?It seems mysterious.So I think we should eat more vegetables and fruits,because they contain a lot of vitamins.We shouldn't eat butter,cheese,chocolate and drink coffee,because they contain a lot of
sugar and fat.It can make you become fatter and fatter.In a word,we'd better have a balanced diet.We also need to take exercise everyday and have a good rest,so that we can keep fit at once.By the way,we shouldn't stay up too late and we'd better not smoke.In this way,I'm sure that we can become very strong.
