Do you tink it's a good idea to build a university town?why?

yes.It will be a good idea.This is because a school ,it has to be accessble in order to attract students.The transport infarstructure are laid for the students.The student will not face a problem where time is wasted on transport.They could use this time for revising.They will have more chance to interact with other students.
Furthermore ,having university town ,it will boost the economy in the area as student will have to eat or buy things .Shops can have offers to target at the students .This will encourage the spending and it will be effortable for the students and they need not buy from outside which is more expensive.
In addition ,the students safety are concern .If a universtiy in built in the rural area or scatter.It might not be safe for a student to travel late in the night and early in the morning .this will increase the crime rate.Land space will be wasted too.THis is because have a university town,people can build a large hall so that everyone can make full use of it.Rather than having the university seperated and each university build one hall and people rarely use it.
Therefore i think that building a university town is a good idea
