没见过这么用的
listen to sb听……说，例如，listen to me carefully
hear sb do sth 听到……做……，强调习惯性、经常性的动作 例：
I often hear her sing in moring
hear sb doing sth 听到某人正在做……，强调所说的事正在发生,例：
I hear him playing game now

listen to sb doing sth;
听到某人正在做某事
（强调过程）
listen to sb do sth；
听到了某人做某事
（强调“听到了”这个结果）

hear强调听的结果
所以只有hear sb do或doing sth
边干某事边出结果,也算结果啊
所以这两种说法米有的
