Supplier shall keep Information confidential and use it only in performing under this Agreement and obligate its employees, subcontractors and others working for it to do so, provided that the foregoing shall not apply to information previously known to Supplier free of obligation, or made public through no fault imputable to Supplier.

（1）供应商应保持信息的保密，并只使用它在履行本协议项下，并责成其雇员，分包商和其他工作人员为它做，上述规定不适用于先前已知的信息供应商免费义务，或公开无过错归咎于供应商。
