Mr.White was travelling around the countryin his car.One evening he was driving along a road,looking for a small hotelwhen he saw an old man at the side of the road.He stopped his car and said tothe old man,“I want to go to the Sun Hotel.Do you know it?” “Yes,” the oldman answered.“I’ll show you the way.”
He got into Mr.White’ car,and they drovefor about twelve mile.When they came to a small house,the old man said,“Stophere.” Mr.White stopped and looked at the house.“But this is not a hotel,” hesaid to the old man.
“No,” the oldman answered,“this is my house.And now I’ll show you the way to the SunHotel.Turn around and go back nine miles.Then you’ll see the Sun Hotel on theleft.”
