(4 mL),was added the carbonyl compound (2 mmol) and the
mixture vigorously stirred for 10 min at room temperature.After,
NaBH4 (20 mg,2 mmol,1 equiv.) was added,the mixture was
stirred for additional 10 min.The reaction mixture extracted with
CH2Cl2,dried over Na2SO4,concentrated under vacuum and
the crude mixture was purified by column chromatography on
silica gel (hexane:ethyl acetate,2:1) to afford pure products.
