thought后面跟的是it作宾语,动词不定式作宾补,这时it后面不用is.英语中有好多动词如：think consider 等后面跟it加形容词加动词不定式

thought后跟宾语从句作为一个从句it作形式主语is是谓语,动词不定式是真正的主语,其中it也作thought的宾语,一个单句只有一套主谓结构.
