the united states of america 为什么有冠词THE 而像China Russian France等都不加呢?

因为(the) USA是国家的全名,所以之前要加the.比如China全名是PRC,也是要加the (如The People's *）,法国全名the Republic of France,俄罗斯全名the Russian Federation...所以其实正式国名前面基本...
