英语语法方面的问题It's the presenter (or the person) who makes the difference ,and three things that all great presenters to do本句话是改错题,请问为什么要把to去掉呢?另外who为什么不能省略呢?

that 后面是从句，从句部分应该是有主语有谓语的完整小句，加了to就是非谓语了，all great presenters to do不是个完整的句子，而去掉后all great presenters do则为一个完整句子。因为后面who makes the difference ,and three things that all great presenters do是由who & that引导的并列定语从句，不能省略。

首先，who在定语从句充当主语，所以不能省略；当它充当宾语时，可以省略。
其次，逗号后面的句中，three things是核心词，that引导了一个定语从句，从句中，all great presenters是主语，do 是谓语，如果不去掉to，那么从句中就没有谓语了。

1. It's the presenter (or the person) who makes the difference, 这是个强调句结构：it's ... that (who) ...  .

   that (who) 是不能省略的.

   这句话改成普通句是： the presenter makes the difference, the presenter 是主语,makes 是谓语, the difference 是宾语.

2. and three things （that all great presenters do）.that 引导了一个定语从句,从句中,that是连词,定语从句的先行词是three things.all great presenters是主语,do 是谓语. to的语法地位无法交代. 与此同时 and three things 和 the difference是并列宾语（前面makes谓语动词的宾语）.
