这个主语有点不统一呀，刚开始用的i，到中间改成了we，后来有变成了i。读起来有点别扭。
时态嘛，倒数第三句，i had supper with my classmates。全都用的过去时态嘛。
时态可以丰富一点，比如用个完成时呀。内容也可以丰富点，有点太单薄了。
时态正确。感觉该文是在记流水账。

或者
today i was very busy.i have got a lot of things to do.
只是时态的话没有错，但a lot 后面如果要接宾语的话还要加of，然后再加宾语即a lot of things,而不能 a lot things
