我也觉得是错了,它毕竟是考题,所以可能是后来打印的错误,括号内的为 face的后置定语,错在add,它用了动词原行,add into是动词短语,而一个句子只能有一个谓语动词,所以把add改为非谓语adding,应该听说过分词做后置定语吧,就是这样的.这个非谓语adding(分词)的逻辑主语就是中心词face,
face(adding back into the box) 脸转了回来添加到盒子里面.(是往盒子里看?所以才会发现 it's empty?还是Dzvid正要往盒子里看,我告诉他不用看了,盒子是空的?)

是正确的（add back)做了后置定语，
是应为这个是做了修饰成分！
