Warranty Methods
If the tires under complaint or claim is examined by the engineers from SHANDONG TAISHAN CO.,LTD.(hereinafter called as TAISHAN CO.) or a person authorized by TAISHAN CO.,and confirmed to have a defect in workmanship ,process or material ,which is the cause of a failure within 1500 hours of accumulated running time ,then TAISHAN CO.would agree to give compensation according to the following way:

TREAD DEPTH LEFT WAY OF COMPENSATION
FROM 90% TO 80% 65% REFUND
FROM 80% TO 70% 40% REFUND
FROM 70% TO 50% 30% REFUND
