My largest dream is to charge a company,and if it comes true,
I think I shoud do following things to let it be more successful.
First of all,i must raise my management capability,since it contributed to earning staffs' respect and making progress for my conpany. As is known to all, technology plays an important role in the construction of modern company,so the second step is to improve the technological level.third, brand is important to a company as well,thus i will do business honestly to set our brand image,which can earn more and more customers to buy our product .Besides, it is necessary to treat my staffs like my family members,because it will make our company becomes more united. Then i guess i aready have enough strengh to sat branch companys to help me earn benefit. Last but not least,a successful company not only needs benefit but also needs repay the society,so i will do many public service activities for someone who need my help.

It's my ideal company.Maybe i'm far away from the dream at present, but i believe that as long as i work hard and do my best ,I will achieve my dream someday.
