In my point of view,to be a volunteer is a fancinating thing.But of course,it is not easy to be.Firstly,we ourselves must be brave enough and responsiable.Volunteer is a person who helps others without gaining any reward.So we shouldn't think too much about ourselves.Secondly,we can be passionate for this job.Passion is the key to behaving well as a volunteer.Thirdly,to be a voluteer means we are willing to offer help to people who need help.Then we are respectable.We must keep good relationship with them.
