洪水自救十条：
（1）洪水来临时尽快撤到楼顶或高处避险。
（2）备足速食食品或够食用几天的食品，准备足够的饮用水和日用品。
（3）搜集木盆、大件泡沫塑料等适合漂浮的材料，加工成救生装置以备急用。还要准备药品、通讯工具。
（4）千万不要游泳逃生，不可攀爬带电的电线杆、铁塔。
（5）关闭电源、煤气，千万不要贪恋财物，尽快撤到安全处避险。
（6）如已被洪水包围，要设法尽快与*防汛部门取得联系，报告自己的方位和险情，积极寻求救援。
