how to find happiness

Happiness is sth which all men what and everyone seeks for,and yet few find true happiness.Then,how to find it?I think true happiness can only be obtained by proper means.
First,true happiness comes from hard work.How happy a student is when ha has passed through his examinations successfully,but his happiness is the result of his hard work.Those who are idle and seek only foer momentary pleasures will fail in the long run.Therefore,it is hard work that makes a student happy.
Second,happiness comes from frugality.We often see many men spend thier money lavishly.They squander what they have for the satisfaction of their low desires.Consequently,they may find themselves unable to support their life style.Therefore,to live a simple and contented life makes us happy.
Third,happiness can also be found through will power.From history we learn that a truly great ruler enjoys a peaceful and happpy reign by the exertion of his will power.A man of wavering mind and feeble determination can accomplish nothing and his weakness is a frequent cause of sorrow to him.Will power,therefore,is essential to the obtaining of happiness.
If we can do as the three points above,we can easily find the true happiness.
