Secondly, it allows the brain to recover from the rigor of the day. The brain can’t function properly when it's sleep-deprived. A high-quality sleep brings a good mood while a bad one causes a black-letter day.
In conclusion, sleeping was, is and will be the best way of relaxing.
Try to get into a routine of going to bed and waking at the same time for one week and the difference will be obvious.
