The future is now
Good morning, I’d like to begin my speech with two questions ;Are you eager to have a bright future ?Are you looking forward to a fruitful future ? The topic for my speech today is future.
When I was a littler girl, I asked my father; “What will my future will be like?” He smiled and said ;”The future is now. Everybody is walking on a huge and invisible cloth. If we seize every day to learn, to work and to think, our footstepswill paint a picture on the cloth, just like paintbrushes.”
Father’s words used to be puzzling .Fortunately as time goes by, I understand it at last. In my opinion, our future is not far away, it is right beside everyone, it is right beside you and me, it is right the result of choices we have made.
Our future depends on what we do today. Our future depends on whether we have a proper goal in life now. Our future depends on how hard we study day after day. Our future depends on how we spend every hour, every minute and every second. Only by making the most of every 24 hours , can we make it.
