tries to convince readers the facticity of the meeting between her and the
ghost.However ,using the word”no” with the simple present tense indicates the
governess can`t describe the meeting.All the narration she gives after this
sentence is unreliable.
Using Negative words shows
the governess uncertainty for her own words.Massive negative words are signs of self deny.
