Of cuorse,everyone will become really old when he or she is 70 years old.But being old dose not means being useless ,i thingk we can still do something for our family friends and our country.
For a start,i will do some sports everyday to stay healthy . By that way,we will have the ability to help others.I can do some house work for my family,and I will ofen communicate with my family and friends,that way may help them get rid of worries. last,we can do some charity work for our country.
In a word,however old we are,we should keep happy everyday.

when i become 70 years old,i have experienced life a lot,i know the taste of sorrow and happiness.how i wish i could lie down peacefully and enjoy the rest of my days.i hope the people i loved and the people who loved me will be happy all their lifes.hope tommorrow can be a sunny day and may the sunshine can bring warmth to everyone who is still suffered from sorrow.may they cheer up.
