应该用将来完成式,

因为是今年的年底所以是将来时，要表达完成，

learned应该是对的 我觉得had应该是have吧

learned, learnt都可以，一个意思
时态没有问题，因为这种情况可能是在第三人转述或if从句中的部分。不过单独拿出来的话，语法没有问题，但逻辑上可能会给人混乱，英语中许多信息表达是来自于时态，用多了你会发现汉语没有时态要表达事情是件很麻烦的事
