请问这个two per cent 是2%还是20%?为什么答案是20 percent呢?是我理解错误还是怎么着?

sliced as much as two per cent off cyclists and rowers times.slice在这应该是减去的意思,也就是说去掉2%,应该与前边的 一个数值相比较少了2%.
