In this age and time,the safety of food become an intensive topic among the crowds.However,the people who discuss on this event be separated into two extremes automatically.One supports that the food produced in nowadays was ensured by advanced technology.Meanwhile,the other claims that the food without any process and chemical would better for our health,which means the natural food which grown in the past have more benefits than current’s.In my viewpoint,I strongly agree with the latter who recommend the food in the pastime.There are three reasons to illustrate my point.
The first and foremost,the addictive,a kind of chemicals added into certain instant food,could damage our nerve system gradually,knowing from the famous scientist called doctor Jane‘s.If we eat this kind of things often,the addictive will pile up and deposit in blood and then affect your health,even have lethal effect.In the modern cities,however,people who have much workload would like to prefer the processed food which contains various additives in order to save some times to concentrate on work.Will you still think the food we eat is much healthier than before?By contrast,the food supplied in the past would never mix with the poison.In short,natural food is better than “cosmetic food”.
To sum up,the evidences I listed could dispute the statement totally and perfectly.The only thing I tried to point out is that the food which is non-addictive ,and grown in pure and fertile solid could ensure our physical health and low calories.Therefore we should take certain measures to improve the food quality to benefit our further health.
