Today,many education organizations have reached a consensus that schools should choose students in accordance with their abilities while at the same time,educating youngsters with different capacities together has been pointed out contrarily.

写得已够好了,不用更改,只有两处: today 或可改为 Nowadys,和 accordance with 不合文法,应该是: accordance to 才对.
