REPORTS,TRAINING AND SUPPORT.Single Point of Contact.Seller will dedicate sufficient assistance and resources to manage Buyer’s account with Seller and to manage Seller’s administrative and other obligations under this Agreement.Seller will designate a single point of contact (whether by name or title) to ensure that all Products and all brands supplied by Seller are managed effectively and are consistent with Buyer’s overall product strategy.Product Category Tracking and Reporting.To improve the efficiency of the buying process and strengthen the relationship between Buyer and Seller,throughout the Term,Seller will provide sufficient resources and respond to reasonable information requests relating to Product Category tracking and accounting support.Such resources will include:Monthly Support Payments.Written monthly reports detailing amounts Seller has paid during the previous month and year-to-date and amounts Seller expects to pay for the remainder of the year (in the aggregate and by promotional event),for payments made pursuant to Sections 5 through 8; and Quarterly Line Assessment.Written quarterly line assessments,in the format and containing the information that Sears periodically designates,that summarize Seller’s item-level sales and delivery performance for the previous quarter and year-to-date and Seller's plans for improving Buyer’s sales in future quarters.At a minimum,these reports will summarize Sears’ Total Purchases and Seller’s on-time delivery and order completion percentages,and will contain a status report on Seller’s new Product initiatives,action plans for the roll-out of Product introductions,and outstanding issues to be addressed with respect to new Products; and Quarterly Marketing Information.Written or oral reports,as Sears reasonably requests,summarizing market and industry trends,detailing the Products’ competitive positioning with respect to both market (product and brand) and channel share,and identifying significant consumer trends and preferences; and Market Research.Seller will share with Sears the results of all relevant market research studies that Seller conducts or commissions relating directly or indirectly to Products.
