Based on front-end thermal design and optimization, multi-barrel rocket servo control cabinet heat flow field was simulated and optimized. The results showed that the maximum operating temperature of the control cabinet and the exhaust temperature reached the desired requirements.
Actual prototype testing verified the feasibility and practicality of front-end thermal design. As can be seen from the above study, front-end thermal design method is easier to operate than conventional thermal design. It is time-saving and helps shorten the development cycle and reduce design costs.
