因为 I will loss the game 用的是will 所以前面 是 if you will not （won't） help me .
如果是 if you are not going to help me ，I ‘m going to lose the game .

will do , be going to do,都是表将来。
所以应该是“If you don't help me,I will lose the game”
所以你的两句都是错的。

if表“如果”,引导条件状语从句,要注意主将从现
应该改成：If you don't help me,I will lose the game.
也不能用后面那句.

If you don't help要用一般现在时表示一般将来时。
