start与start off,start with,start off with,start on,start out什么区别?比如说start a job与start on a job等,不要列定义,要简介明确的答案

start主要是“开始，启动，发动”，后加doing sth或to do sth. start to do/doing the job
start off是及物动词短语，用法是start sb. off sth.“让……开始做……”start her off the job
start off with就是start off加上介词with，表示方式. start her off the job with the first thing
start on 也是及物的可以直接跟宾语，start on the job.
start out从……开始，以……开始，start out the job by doing the first thing
