Enclosed are two copies each of the original and duplicate of our Contract No.FM-4321 for your signature.Please sign and return one signed copy each thereof for our files.
So far as the delivery is concerned,we will try to our utmost to ship the total quantity promptly,if your L/C arrives here in time.Therefore,in order to enable us to make early shipment,you are requested to arrange the establishment of L/C at your earliest convenience.
