几个英语选择题的疑问

我认为选择A,因为我认为worried后面应该有宾语要补充,而能够充当宾语成分的就是what和which,而题意看起来what是对的.但是答案选择C.
2.We all hope that she will _____ a good doctor when she graduates from the medical college.
A.turn B.do C.make D.change
这里答案是选A,而答案解析中说turn后面不跟冠词或make a good doctor.而good doctor前面是有不定冠词a的,答案是不是有错?还是其他原因呢?
3.The manager discussed the plan ______ they would like to see ______the next year.
A.that;carried out B.不填;it carried out C.that;carrying out D.不填;it carrying out
我选A,第一个洞that引导一个定语从句,用来修饰先行词plan,那么既然是定语,就可以省略,于是句子变成The manager discussed the plan ______the next year.那么plan后面就无需再跟一个代词it了,于是排除C,我的想法对吗?

A.supposing B.supposed C.to suppose D.suppose
为什么?
