we are friends和aren't we 是两个句子,中间不能用逗号相连,可以用连词连接,或者分为两个句子来写：
We are friends.我们是朋友.
Aren't we 我们不是（朋友）吗?我的意思是我想用反义疑问句。。。不知道这么写对不对。那要是说“我们是朋友不是么？”该怎么说可以这么写：Are we friends or not?我们是朋友，还是不是？如果我非要用反义疑问句该怎么写那可以直接写成：Aren't we friends？
