interesting CET4. if it's in real live i prefer not to use any adj there. but as a test of cet, i guess the point is whether the "vegetable" and "meat" used here are collective nouns or not. my answer is NO! so they have plural forms, so i choose C. In Chinese: 我每天都吃很多种蔬菜, 几乎不吃肉类.
