嗯,但是should continue 比should be continued更简洁,而且“当前的法律继续有效”operate也可以用被动语态,但是被动更简洁呀,语言不都是追求简洁吗,谁说话能用十个字还会用十五个字呢,唐僧吗.(It's just my own opinion,I like English)
