看前面的名词是可数还是不可数名词
第一句,water是不可数,所以后面用is
第二句一样的道理,book是可数的,后面用are
另外,你造的句子好像有点错哦,water不能用a half 修饰吧~book应该是books,bage我想是bag吧~

是glass吧？不是class。
