Letter of Application
Dear Sir/Madam
I'm a student of JiLin University (JLU). I would like to apply for a position in your company. The attached resume gives my personal details and shows my qualifications.
My specialty is electronics .Some of my professional course are as below, Analogical Electronics, Digital Electronics, Signal & Linear System and so on .With this professional knowledge ,I think I have the ability to apply the job of your corporation.
Especially, English is my proficiency. I passed College English Test of Band Four and Six. I believe it is enough to demonstrate my capacity in practical English. Beside that, I learn Japanese by myself. There is no problem in simply talking in Japanese.
I also specialize in computer application. I master the Windows Operation System and Office application software and can freely surf in Internet. I also have studied some program languages, such as, SQL and C. I have mastered a great deal of knowledge about database. Now I act as teaching assistant of JLU.
Besides the above-mentioned achievements, I still spent time taking part in various social jobs. Anyway, it gives me a lot of experience in tackling with people and increases my ability. I can organize some important activities with high efficiency.
I'm optimistic to my life and my future. I know the job nowadays is full ofcompetitions and my grades of examination may be not the highest in the competitor, however, challenge is welcome. For I have the confidence and competence to do good jobs.
Just give me a chance, I will give you a surprise!
Thanking you in advance!
Yours sincerely

Are you applying for a job with a North American company?If so, sms me with your email account.I will send you a response.
Overall, there are 2 problems in your application letter, which is not your resume:
1. Grammatical mistake;
2. Unorganized without focus.
An application letter is to strike the reader for an interview, while a resume outlines your credentials.
If you are applying for a job with a local company, my advice may not be useful.
Good luck.
