Protect Our Eyes
Eyes are the window to the heart.We are lucky to have a pair of bright eys.They let us see the blue sky,beautiful flowers and our beoved ones.So we should cherish them and try to protect them.But how?
First,when we sit,we should sit straight and still.Second,after we use our eys for one or two hours,we should stop what we are doing,such as reading,watching TV,playing on the computer and have a rest.It's better to look at some spots far away.Third,we can do some eye excercise.Fourth,we can eat some healthy food ,such as lamb liver.It's also good for our eyes.
As long as we have healthy eyes,our life will be full fo sunshine and will never be boring.
