Chinese celebrate Chinese New Year(CNY) based on chinese traditional calendar. It is a big day for all chinese. So people will buy food and snacks for family and the visitors.Parents also like to buy new clothes for their children. Family members will gather and have dinner together on the Chinese New Year's EVE. Children and teenagers will get red pockects from their parents or relatives. During the CNY, people will decorate their house buy sticking spring festival couplets and relatives will visit each other.In the conclusion, I think everybody enjoy the CNY.

spring festival is our traditional Chinese festival.It's on the January the 1st. Before that day we would go shopping . And we would put up spring scrolls on the wall. On that day, we would make dumplings and then at twelve we would eat together as well as watch TV programs. After that day we would visit out relatives and friends. Fortunately children would receive lucky money packed in a red paper.It is really a happy day for everyone in China.
