1.rear housing shaft extension,dim.13.9,measured with shaft output side (pinion side) pushed against steel end cap.
2.direction of rotation:anti-clockwise when viewing motor output shaft end with positive voltage.
3.no gap between ball bearing and outer spacer.
4.axial end play 0.1mm max.when 1KG force is applied.
5.terminals are tin-plated 1-10um.
6.the surfaces must be free from excess grease and oil residues -no visible spots.
7.cogging torque to beless than 4.8mNm at 10-20 rpm.
8.pinion twist-off torque to be 0.5 Nm min.
9.to measure endcap perpendicularity:motor to be rotated horizontally about centerline,measure T.I.R.about a circle at the endcap surface using a dial gauge.
10.pinion extraction force 100kgf min,twist-off torque 0.5 nm min.
11.radial play 50um max.
