我的问题就是,这些动词加介词构成的词组,如turn on,turn off,put on,take off等等还有许多类似的,可否把它们后面的名词或者代词加到动词和介词的中间.
我的意思就是上面那些句子可以改写成：

是不是所有的动词和介词构成的词组都适用于这种情况呢,无论它们后面的是名词还是代词,都可以这样用啊?

这是动词的词组
动词和介词构成词组时，可以在他们的后面或中间加名词或是在他们中间加代词
v + pre.(介) + n.（名）或v + pro.（代） + pre.（介）
turn the TV on
They turned off the light,but he turned it on again.

以turn on the tap为例,
可以写为 turn the tap on,注意tap是名词；
也可写为 turn it on
但绝对不能说 turn on it,注意此时是代词it
并不是所有的动词＋介词都可以这样互换位置,比如固定搭配的词组,如knock at、go on、etc.
