同意楼上的。楼主可以这样看：what在tell me后面的宾语从句中做宾语（即what the food is made of是tell me后的宾语从句，而what在这个从句中做of的介词宾语），正常语序应该是the food is made of what.如果去掉of就变成the food is made……这个介词of 很容易被忽略，要多注意。类似的有：This is the pen that I write with."这是我用来写字的笔"。正常语序应是I write with the pen.如果去掉with就变成我写的内容是笔，不合逻辑。
