终止和解除劳动合同的翻译是不是都是contract termination

劳动合同 usually is employment contract.We don't use labour contract very often.
终止 is terminate (v) or termination (n).This is most commonly used.
解除 is discharge (both v and n).Also,we can use withdraw in some circumstances.
