背景:来自wikipedia,In the Class-II locus,each person inherits one gene HLA-DRα (DRA1) and one or two genes HLA-DRβ (DRB1 and DRB3,-4 o -5).That means that one heterozygous individual can inherit 6 or 8 Class-II alleles,three or four from each progenitor.
问1:

问2:DR2 单体基因型含有B2 和B5基因,细胞会否经过重排最后只有B2 或者B5留在染色体上?另外,HLA的MHC II的3个基因座DP,DQ,DR会否重排最后只留下一个座的基因来翻译MHC II?

等位基因才是allele,但是DRB1,DRB5 and DQ根本不等位,因此,这两处的 alleles应该用genes来表达,
