我想表达的意思是我们不会有同样的反馈,关于一种病症对应多种诊断,多种病症对应一种诊断

we have nothing same in Chinese medicine echoes ；one disease may lead to many diagnosis,and one diagnosis may lead to many diseases.we have nothing "same"(这个用法不对吧) in Chinese medicine echoes。one disease of many diagnosis可以这样用吗不好意思，是我疏忽了，应该是nothing in common。
