In all ages ,sadness knock into all persons ' life ,whenever and wherever possible.
Many ways can help to solve this problem,but the following may be most effective.First of all,tell one of your friends ,requesting helpness.
Another way to solve the problem is to analyse what cause you sad and then remove it .Finally ,cry out or pour out so that your feeling will become a little better,if you really couldn't deal with the problem .
These are not the best but the only three measures we can take.But it should be noted that we should take action to the second measure.
