第一题答案是B,第二题答案是A.我觉得这两个题一样,为什么答案不一样呢.

其实很简单
第一题the man 是作宾语
也就是 I believed the man to be honest deceived me
the man 提到前面 那么原来的位置需要代替 因为是宾语嘛 所以是whom
第二题we all tought 是插入语 意思省略的话可以去掉 剩下的who 就是做should have been elected president of te society 主语了
