I have just received your letter.And I know you have some problems with communicate with others,Don't worry about it ,I know you are a shy girl.But that's not a problem.
Chat with your parents first.Than you wil be more outgoing and you wil communicate with others easier.You also can make some friends on the internet.You can chat with them without face to face.It's halps a lot to chat with your friends and classmates in real life.
And don't close yourself ,communicate with others is important.So do as what I tell you.
