what引导的是宾语从句,宾语从句要用正常语序,主谓宾的顺序,应该是it is what,但是what是特殊疑问词,要提前,所以就变成what it isIt is .....that是不是用于陈述句里，特殊疑问句疑问词顺序不变，之要后面变就可以了吗我说的是宾语从句不是这个句型it is that是强调句型 可以把强调的部分提前 后面的句子要依情况变化
