I want to improve the traffic situation,because it is too crowded and sometimes spending so much time on it can be annoying.有语法错误。不过还是谢谢( ⊙ o ⊙ )啊！哪呢？sometimes spending so much time on it can be annoying.。。 spending不应该用ing形式的，而且后面的句子不通呵呵！spendin g在这里是动名词做主语哦,后面的it指代traffic。and 连接的是两个句子。我知道，可是spending后面并没有谓语动词啊不成句子。。我英语不好，可能理解错了，请见谅。呵呵，这里的谓语是can be,就是“有时花很多时间再交通上很闹心”\(^o^)/~
