More and more people get to know China. During all the mentioned processed, Chinese, as a tool for communication, is badly necessary.
As for the influence and benifit, this trend will raise the popularity of Chinaese and broadcast Chinese culture. Maybe someday when you go to Europe or some place esle, chinese is usable there just like presently in Singapore.
